Currently the meetings are chaotic, unprofessional, and sometimes threatening in my opinion. Members speak out of turn. There are obvious incidents of Directors divulging what takes place in Executive Sessions. The Directors have insulated themselves to the point that members can’t ask questions and get answers from individual Directors in an open session. This must stop.

 

As a Director I plan on having well organized, professionally run meetings where members can ask directors questions and get answers immediately so that the entire membership can hear what each director thinks. This must be conducted in a safe environment.

 

It is the responsibility of each director to assure that assaults do not take place that endanger innocent members who are attending these meetings. The Code of Conduct for our directors and members must be strictly adhered to in order to assure the members of a safe environment. I personally know many members who will not attend a board meeting due to the lack of control.
