FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY
My financial background will enable me to assure that the board operates the association with the utmost fiscal responsibility including proper development of the annual operating budget, the appropriate use of funds, appropriate use of the reserve, and appropriate mechanism for capital expenditure approval and use.

As part of my duties on the LCPOA Board I want to ensure that the Board is fiscally responsible with the monies and decisions involved with appropriately managing the association. Each board member must make it a priority to remember that it isn’t “our” money. We must be prudent and wise with how the monies are spent to improve the community for all.
